JAKARTA - The National Police will again hold a hearing on the Police Code of Ethics (KKEP) regarding the obstruction of justice behind the case of Brigadier J's premeditated murder, on Tuesday, September 6.

The plan is that Commissioner Agus Nurpatria, former Kaden A Biropaminal of the National Police Propam Division, will determine his fate in the trial.

"Tomorrow's Code of Ethics trial will be held with the alleged violator is Commissioner AN (Agus Nurpatria, ed)," said Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police, Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo, to reporters on Monday, September 5.

The KKEP session is planned to start at 10:00 WIB. During the trial, the future of Commissioner Agus Nurpatria as a member of the National Police will be determined.

In the obstruction of justice case, Commissioner Agus Nurpatria is said to have played a role in securing, removing, and replacing the CCTV DVR installed at the Duren Tiga Aspol Security guard post with a new CCTV DVR.

"Later, a decision will be made by the Code of Ethics commission hearing regarding the alleged violator of Commissioner AN," said Dedi.

Of the seven suspects for obstruction of justice, only two have undergone the KKEP trial.

They include Police Commissioner Chuck Putranto and Police Commissioner Baiquni Wibowo. From the results of the trial, both were sentenced to dishonorable discharge (PTDH).

However, they unanimously rejected the decision. Both filed an appeal against the PTDH verdict.
