Even Though Bharada E Has Become A Suspect, Timsus Is Still Investigating The Trigger For The Shootout

JAKARTA - Bharada Richard Eliezer or Bharada E has been named as the suspect behind the bloody incident that killed Brigadier Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J.

However, until now, a special team (timsus) is still investigating the cause or trigger of the shootout.

"We are still investigating the Timsus and Labfor based on SCI (scientific crime investigation, ed)," said Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo when confirmed, Thursday, August 4.

Referring to the statement from the former South Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Budhi Herdi Susianto, in the shootout incident between Bharada E and Brigadier J there were at least a dozen shots.

Brigadier J is said to have fired 7 times. Meanwhile, Bharada E as much as 5 times.

Dedi emphasized that the series of events behind the bloody incident was still being investigated. This is because the National Police Chief, General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, has asked everyone to prioritize scientific evidence.

"You have to be careful, thorough and thorough so that the results are valid. Later, when the Timsus is finished, the results will be comprehensive regarding the construction of the incident," said Dedi.

Brigadier J died at the shelter for the Head of the Propam Division of the National Police Inspector General Ferdy Sambo in the Duren Tiga area, South Jakarta, on Friday, July 8.

The cause of death of Brigadier J is said to have been involved in a shootout with Bharada RE.

In this case, the National Police Criminal Investigation Unit named Bharada E as a suspect in the murder of Brigadier Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J. The determination of this suspect was announced after the case was concluded.

In this case, Bharada RE was charged with Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 and Article 56 of the Criminal Code.
