JAKARTA - Mauricio Sulaiman, President of the World Boxing Council (WBC), said Jake Paul could have an official rank in his organization if he beat Hasim Rahman Jr.
Solomon cheered Paul on Twitter. He posted a photo of them, the president and the boxer, and a message that read: "Winning this fight will give him (Jake Paul) a WBC rating."
Sulaiman added the date of the fight and one of the streaming companies that will broadcast the fight.
As a professional boxer, Paul has a 5-0 record in which four of his wins were won by knockout.
The American boxer has beaten YouTuber Ali Eson Gib, former basketball player Nate Robinson, Ben Askren, and Tyron Woodley, a former UFC fighter.
