COVID-19 Update As Of July 11: 1.681 New Cases From Examination Of 71.095 Specimens
JAKARTA - The Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) released the latest additional positive cases of COVID-19 as of today. A total of 71.095 specimens were examined today. As a result, there were 1.681 new positive cases of COVID-19.
"The total accumulation of positive cases since COVID-19 was discovered in Indonesia has reached 6.112.986 people and active cases have fallen by 192 to 20.343 cases," said Ministry of Health data, Monday, July 11.
Today's recovered cases increased by 1.866 people, bringing the total to 5.935.845 recovered people. Then, positive confirmed cases who died increased by 7 cases and totaled 156.798 people.
The province with the newest cases is DKI Jakarta with 812 cases and a total of 1.282.880 cases. Followed by West Java which has 306 new cases with a total of 1.116.829 cases. Banten has 249 new cases and a total of 300.062 cases. East Java has 98 new cases and a total of 579.532 cases.
The province with the most recovered cases today belongs to DKI Jakarta with an additional 1.164 recovered cases. Followed by West Java with an additional 233 recovered cases, East Java with an additional 135 recovered cases, and Central Java with an additional 107 recovered cases.

"Positive results per number of people examined or the positivity rate of people this week was 4.82 percent," he wrote.
The number of people suspected of contracting COVID-19 or who are currently categorized as suspected cases, was recorded at 3.398 people. Currently, 34 provinces have had cases of COVID-19.
Furthermore, currently there are 201.761.782 people who have received the first dose of COVID-19 vaccination and 169.375.368 of the second dose of vaccination. Then, the third dose of vaccination was 52.014.240. Meanwhile, the target for vaccination in Indonesia is 208.265.720 people.
