Mayora Producers Of Kopiko, Beng Beng, Torabika, Choki Choki Etc. Owned By Conglomerate Jogi Hendra Atmadja Targets Sales Of IDR 30 Trillion In 2022
JAKARTA - The consumer company belonging to the conglomerate Jogi Hendra Atmadja, PT Mayora Indah Tbk (MYOR) targets this year's sales growth to reach double digits of up to 15 percent compared to the achievement in 2021. This means that the producers of Kopiko, Beng Beng, Astor, etc. will earn sales of around IDR 30 trillion and a net profit of IDR 1.3 trillion.
General and Operational Director of PT Mayora Indah Tbk, Wardhana Atmadja, said that this projection also includes export and local sales targets. According to him, Mayora will continue to deepen sales penetration in the export market.
"The company sees an increase in the second and third quarters of 2022. By the end of the year this target can be achieved. Also considering the uncertain conditions in the global market, we are moving conservatively, namely a minimum growth of 10 percent", he said at a public expose, monitored virtually, Tuesday, June 28 yesterday.
Furthermore, Wardhana said, usually the company's achievement in the second half is higher due to seasonal exports. Mayora will also further popularize Kopiko in the international arena, either through distributors in each country to collaborating with inserting advertisements in drama scenes.

In the first quarter of 2022, MYOR admits that it faces challenges in the form of rising commodity prices such as sugar, wheat flour and coffee which are needed as raw materials. This condition has been faced by the company since last year, and made MYOR increase its selling price.
MYOR said, to deal with the increase in commodity prices that are still occurring in the first quarter of 2022, his party will increase sales prices by 8 percent in the second semester of 2022.
"We see that current commodity prices have also decreased compared to the second, third and fourth quarters. This period was tough. The increase in sales prices is estimated to be felt in the third quarter of 2022. Thus, we believe the company's margins will be good in the third quarter. and IV.
