Boy Desperately Jumps From Motorcycle When Kidnapped, Broken Face And Teeth
LEBAK - Panggarangan Police, Lebak Resort Police, followed up on a child abduction case in Citariti Village, Cihara District, Lebak. The police officer who received the report immediately checked the crime scene (TKP) to confirm the incident.
"Four personnel from the Panggarangan Police and the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit (Kanitreskrim) of the Malingping Police immediately went to the scene and processed the crime scene," said Panggarangan Police Chief, Insp. Suherli Setiawan, in a written statement, Tuesday, May 14.
It is known from the incident, that there were 2 victims with the status of children, namely RD (12) and MRM (10).
"Victim RD even suffered injuries to the face and legs as a result of trying to escape from the perpetrator by jumping off the motorbike," said Suherli.
Suherli explained that based on the results of the crime scene, information was obtained about the chronology of the kidnapping.
"Two victims at that time were playing in the shop, an unknown person was approached using a Honda Scoopy and asked to be delivered to a local resident's house, but after passing through the resident's house the motorbike did not stop so RD jumped from the motorbike and MRM screamed until it was finally lowered on the Nambo Bridge, Malingping," explained Suherli.

RD suffered injuries to the face and 4 of the victim's teeth were also loose after the incident. Furthermore, MRM identified the perpetrator from his physical and motor characteristics seen by him.
"When questioned, the MRM victim said the perpetrator was a man with bald hair and wearing a yellow shirt. In addition, the motorbike used was a Honda Scoopy without a light brown number plate," he explained.
The Head of the Lebak Police, Grand Commissioner Adjutant Wiwin Setiawan, assured that the police would continue to follow up on this information and seek to immediately arrest the perpetrators.
"This incident stands out and creates fear in the community, we make sure it will be followed up with further investigations until the perpetrators can be arrested," said Wiwin.
