Elon Musk To Talk Live With Twitter Employees At This Week's Town Hall Meeting
JAKARTA - Elon Musk will speak with Twitter Inc employees this week. This is the first meeting and talks at a company-wide meeting since launching the $44 billion offer in April.
The planned town hall meeting between Elon Musk and Twitter employees was revealed in an email sent by Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal to staff at the social media company, Monday, June 13.
According to a source to Reuters, the meeting itself is scheduled to take place on Thursday, June 16 and Musk will answer questions directly from Twitter employees.
The news, first reported by Business Insider, comes after Twitter said last week that it anticipated a vote in early August from shareholders on Twitter's planned sale.
A Twitter spokesperson confirmed that Musk will be attending a meeting with all parties on Twitter this week.
