Father And Son Become Thieves, Police Say They Often Goes In And Out Of Jail
TANGERANG - Police revealed that the two robbers who were father and son, E (46) and MM (21) who slashed their victims, were recidivists.
This was conveyed by the Tangerang Metro Police Chief, Grand Commissioner Zain Dwi Nugroho. Zain said, the perpetrator was a recidivist with the initials E, the father of MM. He had been arrested before for violent theft.
"His father (E) is a recidivist. The case of the theft with violence," said Zain when confirmed, Tuesday, May 17.
Zain explained, that the two perpetrators were looking for targets around Tangerang Regency to Serang, Banten. They are looking for a victim who looks weak while riding a motorcycle.
"The area of operation is in Tangerang Regency, Serang, then in the Tangsel area, Tangerang City returned to Lebak to be sold. His target is to look for the weak, who have no resistance," he concluded.
It was previously reported that two robbers in the Teluk Naga area, Tangerang Regency were arrested. The two perpetrators are father and son, E (46) and MM (21). While the victim is a woman named Galuh Julitri.

The robbery case occurred on Thursday, April 21, at 06.20 western Indonesia time. The perpetrators were arrested at his house in Lebak, Banten, Monday, May 16, at 02.00 western Indonesia time.
"(the perpetrators) father and son, they admit to committing acts of theft with violence together," said Zain Dwi Nugroho in his statement, Tuesday, May 17.
Zain said that the burglary began when the victim, Galuh, was carrying her two children aged 3 and 4 years. Galuh goes to her sister's house to leave the child.
But while in the middle of the trip, suddenly two perpetrators on a motorbike approached her and immediately hit and slashed Galuh with a machete.
"One of the perpetrators immediately hit the victim in the face, and slashed the victim with a long machete aimed at the victim's head and left hand," he said.
