West Aceh Zero Cases Of COVID-19 Since The End Of March 2022
ACEH - The West Aceh District COVID-19 Task Force noted that almost two months from the end of March to the second week of May 2022, no residents in the area were exposed to COVID-19.
"Thank God, the absence of COVID-19 cases for almost two months is very encouraging," said the spokesman for the West Aceh District COVID-19 Task Force, Adlin in Meulaboh, Wednesday (11/5).
According to him, the last recorded COVID-19 case occurred in West Aceh at the end of March 2022, and when entering the holy month of Ramadan 1443 Hijri, there were no new cases found in this area.

Although no new cases of COVID-19 have been found in West Aceh, his party hopes that the community will continue to maintain their health by consuming healthy food, getting enough rest, and implementing a clean and healthy lifestyle (PHBS).
"We ask the public to continue to wear masks and apply health protocols when doing activities outside their homes," Adlin added.
He also explained that since April 2020, the total number of cases of COVID-19 transmission in West Aceh Regency has reached 1.185 cases, with the death toll of 70 people, and 1.115 people who have completed self-isolation.
