Long Unheard, Novel Baswedan Asks Continuation Of Alleged MotoGP Tickets Received By Deputy Chairperson Of The KPK Lili Pintauli
JAKARTA - Former investigator of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Novel Baswedan questioned the follow-up of the KPK Supervisory Board regarding the handling of alleged ethical violations by KPK Deputy Chair Lili Pintauli Siregar.
Lili is suspected of violating ethics by accepting accommodation and tickets for the Mandalika MotoGP from PT Pertamina (Persero). Currently, the allegation is being investigated by the KPK Council.
"The KPK Supervisory Board has finished examining the case of the KPK leader who is suspected of receiving gratuities?" Novel wrote on his Twitter account @nazaqistsha quoted on Thursday, May 12.
This question arose because Novel was worried that the KPK Supervisory Board would protect Lili. One way is by doing engineering.
"I'm worried that Supervisory Board actually involved in the manipulation as if the payment was cash, the money was still kept in a safe, etc.," he said.
"Maybe everyone is considered stupid so they don't get caught. Still talking about Integrity?" Novel added, ending his tweet.

Previously, Lili was suspected of receiving gratuities in the form of hotel accommodations to tickets to watch the Mandalika MotoGP from a state-owned company who was later named a member of the KPK Supervisory Board, Syamsuddin Haris, namely PT Pertamina (Persero).
This complaint was then followed up by the KPK Council by asking for clarification from a number of parties. One that has been clarified is the President Director of PT Pertamina (Persero) Nicke Widyawati.
Nicke was questioned by the KPK Supervisory Board on April 27. However, she did not say anything after being examined.
In addition to checking Nicke, Tumpak Hatorangan and colleagues have asked related parties to bring proof of booking accommodation at Amber Lombok Beach Resort and Mandalika MotoGP tickets at the Grandstand Premium A-Red Zone.
