David Noah Releases His Latest Single NFT "When I'm With You"
JAKARTA – The NFT (non-fungible token) business has also penetrated Indonesia. One of the country's musicians, David Kurnia Albert, is now also entering the blockchain-based business. The popular musician by the name of David "Noah" released his latest single NFT "When I'm with You" through the KunciCOin marketplace, KunciNFT.com.
The release coincided with the release of the second half of NFT Ifan Seventeen on the same platform as the single titled "Merindu". Now 250 items of Ifan's NFT have been successfully sold in less than 10 minutes on April 14, 2022.
David became the second musician after Ifan Seventeen to release NFT through KunciCoin. In a press release on Monday, April 25, David said that he released his first NFT via KunciCoin because of the already good ecosystem.
"It's not only because of the NFT that I see but because of the ecosystem created by KunciCoin and its relationship to a more equitable distribution of the musicians or anyone involved in the artwork, as well as to those who are listening. So everyone like everybody is happy,' said David in the release.
David said that releasing NFT is a way for musicians to be more valued besides being able to connect "directly" with fans.
"If a musician himself has a platform for him to directly touch with his fans and be able to appreciate each other more realistically. I think that's something new, you know and it can give new hope to musicians in Indonesia and even in the world," he said.

Meanwhile, KunciCoin CEO, Agus Salim, assured that the presence of KunciNFT will benefit all parties.
"Our program is that whoever gets the copyright launched by Mas Ifan Seventeen, they will be entitled to what we have in media players such as Joox or Spotify. I don't want to create a product that harms other people. If the function is only audible, I'm sorry, it's of no use to me. What I want is that everyone who gets our copyright will enjoy it. Just like me as a developer, we enjoy each other," said Agus Salim.
Ifan Seventeen said NFT could be a new hope for Indonesian musicians. "Something that will prosper Indonesian musicians in the future, which should be accepted by my musician friends," added Ifan.
