Nicolaas Tirtadinata, President Commissioner Of Eagle High Plantation Company Owned By Conglomerate Peter Sondakh Resigns, Why?
JAKARTA - Nicolaas B. Tirtadinata has resigned from his position as President Commissioner of PT Eagle High Plantations Tbk (BPWT). The person concerned has served as Komut at the company owned by conglomerate Peter Sondakh since mid 2019.
The news of the resignation of the former Director of Support and Administration of the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA) for the 1998-2001 period was conveyed by Malanie Tantri, the Corporate Secretary of BWPT through information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website, quoted on Thursday, April 21.
"We hereby inform that the Company received the resignation letter of Mr. Nicolaas B. Tirtadinata as the Company's President Commissioner dated April 18, 2022," wrote Malanie.
However, the reasons for the resignation of the former President Director of the subsidiary of PT Bentoel Internasional Investama Tbk (RMBA), Bentoel Prima for the 2006-2010 period were not explained.
Referring to BWPT's financial report documents, after leaving Bentoel Prima, Nicolaas joined Rajawali Corpora as Managing Director in the 2010–2015 period. Furthermore, this man born in 1958 was asked to serve as President Director of BWPT from 2015 to 2019.

The beginning of his career as a graduate of Bachelor of Economics from Atmajaya University in 1983 began when he became a Senior Manager at KAP Dr. Utomo & Co. in the period 1981-1985.
Nicolaas also served as Director of Operational Support at Bank Tata (1997-1998) and continued as Director of Support and Administration at IBRA for the period 1998-2001.
