JAKARTA - The producer of Sari Roti owned by conglomerate Anthony Salim, PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk (ROTI) has set a dividend for the 2021 fiscal year of IDR 350 billion. The figure has been decided at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS).
The Director of Nippon Indosari Corpindo Ida Apulia Simatupang said the shareholders approved the distribution of cash dividends of IDR 50 billion to be distributed on May 9, 2022. This amount is in accordance with the proposal submitted to shareholders as a form of appreciation for the support given during the COVID pandemic. -19.
