"Mr. Jokowi has been firm, the elections are still in 2024, there will be no delay and now the KPU commissioners, (members, ed) Bawaslu have been inaugurated. So it's clear, clear, firm, and Pak Jokowi's attitude has been conveyed many times", Djarot told reporters. at the ACLC KPK building, Rasuna Said, South Jakarta, Tuesday, April 12.

"Mrs. Mega (PDI-P General Chair Megawati Soekarnoputri) is very obedient and respects the constitution that elections are held every five years and there can be no extension or delay. We must be loyal to that, we obey the constitution", said the former governor of DKI Jakarta.
"That's why the PDI-P refuses to extend the term of office of the president or the president for a third term, it can't", he added.
