Garut Health Office Continues To Boost COVID-19 Vaccinations, Injected After Tarawih Prayers
GARUT - Secretary of the Garut District Health Office, Leli Yuliani, said that her party would continue to accelerate the COVID-19 vaccination during Ramadan 2022. The implementation was carried out after the tarawih prayer at the mosque.
"We have also started to vaccinate at night, after tarawih, it has been carried out in several health centers," said Leli when contacted by reporters in Garut, Tuesday, April 5.
She said the Garut Health Office continues to strive to accelerate the achievement of COVID-19 vaccination by combing all groups, including school children in various regions.
The new method that is currently being carried out by the vaccinator team, she said, is to carry out vaccinations in the courtyard of the mosque, targeting people who have already performed the tarawih prayers. "So they vaccinated in the mosque yard," she added, as quoted by Antara.
Regarding the public's interest after returning home from tarawih, he said, it was quite good, one of which was held in the southern area of Garut, Caringin District, many people were willing to be vaccinated.
"From some that have been carried out, the enthusiasm is quite good, because those who come out of tarawih can be invited to be vaccinated," she said.

The Camat Caringin Suhud added that his party and the health team from the Caringin Health Center continued to make efforts to make the government's program a success in accelerating the COVID-19 vaccination in the month of Ramadan.
He conveyed the efforts made by the COVID-19 Task Force team in Caringin District, namely by holding vaccinations at night targeting the general public after the Tarawih prayers at the mosque.
"The enthusiasm of the community was very good overnight, there were 100 people, and most of them were not vaccinated with doses of 1 or 2, but booster vaccines," said Suhud.
