67 Days Left Of Anies Baswedan's Prestigious Formula E Project Held, PSI Bills Feasibility Study Revision
JAKARTA - The chairman of the PSI faction of the DKI DPRD (Regional House of Representatives), Anggara Wicitra Sastroamidjojo, has requested a revision of the feasibility study for the implementation of Formula E from the DKI Provincial Government and the BUMD PT Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro) as organizers.
As of today or 67 days, before Governor Anies Baswedan's prestigious project was held, the DKI Provincial Government has never submitted a feasibility study document to the DPRD. This feasibility study should be improved due to the delay in implementation from 2020 to 2022.
This feasibility study contains the number of operating costs and a study of the potential benefits achieved in the Formula E event.
"To this day, the document has never been revised, even if there is a revision, the DPRD has never submitted it. If they want to hold this, there must be several indicators, such as economic turnover. Just by changing locations, the feasibility study must be revised. That's right. simple logic", said Anggara when contacted, Tuesday, March 28.
Anggara reminded the DKI Provincial Government to immediately open the revised Formula E feasibility study document if it had been made. Given, this revision is also included in the recommendation of the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK).
Even though the construction of the circuit and the means of operation do not use the regional budget, Anggara continued, the DKI Provincial Government must still be accountable for the transparency of the use of IDR 560 billion of the DKI Regional Budget for the payment of the commitment fee.
"They claim (the implementation) does not use the Regional Budget. But the IDR 560 billion that has been included in the Regional Budget of all, boss. So, it's easy to obscure the problem", he said.

To urge the DKI Provincial Government, Jakpro, and the Formula E implementation committee to open the feasibility study document, Anggara admitted that PSI would lobby other factions to hold a meeting by summoning the organizers.
"We are trying to establish communication with other factions. We explain that there is a serious problem and try to call Jakpro and the organizers. Whether it will use a commission (meeting) or a faction, we'll see", he added.
