J-Hope BTS Tests Positive For COVID-19 Before Leaving For Las Vegas
JAKARTA - J-Hope has become the newest member of BTS who has tested positive for COVID-19. Big Hit Music's agency confirmed the rapper tested positive after experiencing a sore throat.
"J-Hope has symptoms of a sore throat and visited the hospital for a PCR test on Wednesday, March 23 and he was declared COVID-19 this morning", the agency said.
So far, J-Hope has received three doses of the COVID-19 vaccine and has no symptoms other than a sore throat. He is currently in self-quarantine at home.
"Except for J-Hope, BTS members do not experience similar symptoms", continued the agency.
J-Hope will rest until he recovers and will not join any BTS activities.

It is known that BTS has been confirmed to attend the 2022 Grammy Awards which will be held on April 3. Therefore, J-Hope needed a break before leaving for Las Vegas.
In addition, BTS is also holding the Permission to Dance concert in Las Vegas from April 8 to April 16.
