Drinking Water Manufacturer Cleo Business Entity Tancorp Owned By Conglomerate Hermanto Tanoko Builds Three Factories IDR 220 Billion
JAKARTA - Manufacturer of Bottled Drinking Water (AMDK) brand CLEO PT Sariguna Primatirta Tbk sees the growth of the AMDK industry in 2022 leading to a positive direction so that the demand for bottled drinking water continues to increase.
Seeing this, the Company is optimistic by targeting sales to double digits or about 30 percent increase compared to the Company's achievements in the previous year.
To achieve the set target, this year, CLEO is expanding by adding three AMDK processing plants spread throughout Indonesia, namely Balikpapan, Palangkaraya and Palembang with each plant projected to have a capacity of up to 100 million liters.
"We have budgeted for this development in the company's capex plan, which is around IDR 220 billion," said CLEO Deputy President Director Melisa Patricia in a statement, Monday, March 14.

Melisa hopes that this year CLEO can continue to improve its good performance and continue to contribute to welfare and as a form of concern for the health of people's lives.
"This is also a manifestation of CLEO's commitment as a bottled drinking water company to continue to increase the trust of our customers, through quality products that are safe for consumption," concluded Melisa.
For information, the company, which is part of the Tancorp Group owned by conglomerate Hermanto Tanoko, recorded net sales in the third quarter of 2021 of IDR 802.94 billion, an increase of 11.55 percent from the same period in the previous year.
During that period, the company managed to book a profit for the year attributable to owners of the parent entity of IDR 136.60 billion, an increase of 44.88 percent.
