In Front Of The Union Boss, Minister Ida Reiterates Revision Of The 56 Years JHT Permenaker: I Understand Aspirations

JAKARTA - The Minister of Manpower, Ida Fauziyah, received an audience from the Central Board of the Confederation of the Indonesian Trade Union Alliance (KASBI) at the Ministry of Manpower Building, Jakarta.

On that occasion, the Minister of Manpower expressed her gratitude to the KASBI Confederation for having a dialogue about the Minister of Manpower Regulation Number 2 of 2022 concerning the Procedures and Requirements for Payment of Old Age Security Benefits.

Minister Ida said the ministry would immediately revise Permenaker 2/2022. This PKB politician said, the revision would take into account the input of many parties, especially from the workers.

"I will revise the Permenaker. I fully understand what the aspirations are, what are the inputs from all of my friends," said Minister Ida, Wednesday, February 23.

In the future, the Ministry of Manpower will intensively conduct various dialogues with various stakeholders to absorb various aspirations which will be taken into consideration for the improvement of Permenaker 2/2022.

"We are starting to accommodate the aspirations of trade unions and labor unions as well as employers. Later we will simultaneously do it together by listening to input from experts, both legal experts, sociologists, and others. take it to the National Tripartite LKS. So behind the pattern, the large and large ones first go to the National Tripartite LKS," she said.

The General Chairperson of the KASBI Confederation Center, Nining Elitos, appreciated the Minister of Manpower who had accepted and responded to the aspirations of the unions to revise Permenaker 02/2022.
