Visitor Capacity Has Been Limited, DKI Department of Transportation Removes Odd-Even License Plate Regulation At Tourist Places
JAKARTA - Head of the DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency, Syafrin Liputo, explained the odd-even license plate regulation implementation reasons at tourist attractions during the period of the implementation of the Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM).
Syafrin said odd-even at tourist attractions are no longer needed because there has been a limitation on the capacity of visitors when entering these tourist attractions.
"At the tourist sites at Level 3 PPKM, the visitor capacity has been limited. This means that there are already restrictions inside, so that odd-even roads leading to tourist sites are deemed unnecessary," Syafrin said when contacted, Friday, February 18.
In the implementation of Level 3 PPKM, the capacity of visitors in public area activities such as tourist attractions is a maximum of 50 percent.
Visitors are also required to use the PeduliLindungi application, and only those with the Green category in the PeduliLindung application may enter unless they cannot be vaccinated for health reasons.
Then, children under 12 years old must be accompanied by parents, especially children aged 6 years to 12 years must show proof of vaccination at least the first dose
