Attorney General To Speed Up The Filing Of The Pinangki Prosecutor's Case

JAKARTA - Attorney General's Office investigators have begun completing the case files for alleged gratification with the alleged prosecutor Pinangki Sirna Malasari. Completion of filing so that the case can be heard quickly.

Pinangki was named a suspect on suspicion of receiving gratuities worth US $ 500 thousand or the equivalent of Rp. 7 billion from Djoko Tjandra for processing the fatwa. He was charged with Article 5 letter b of the Corruption Crime Law.
