Case File Of Bandar Gambling Cap Jie Kie In Boyolali Delegated To The Prosecutor's Office

BOYOLALI - Cap Jie Kie's gambling case involving SH (25) as a dealer and five dealers was declared P21 by the Boyolali District Attorney. Complete file and contained in letter number B/98/M.3.29/Eku.1/01/2022 dated January 27, 2022, issued by the local Kejari.

In the letter, it was stated that the results of the investigation of a criminal case on behalf of SH alias G were complete.

The Head of the Public Relations for the Central Java Police, Kombes M Iqbal Alqudusy, stated that his party had monitored the developments, and stated that the Boyolali Police investigators had handled this issue objectively and procedurally.

"It's true that the case is P21 and currently it has been fully delegated to the prosecutor's office. In the next few days, we will be in phase two, right", said Iqbal Alqudusy, via text message, Thursday, January 27, afternoon.

According to Iqbal, the handling of the bookies' case in Boyolali proves the professional performance of the Police.

"From the start, the arrests of the suspect and the five mines (distributors) of the Cap Ji Kie gambling in Boyolali were the result of the hard work of the local authorities", said Iqbal.

In the police report (LP) issued by the Boyolali Police for the case, the report on the Cap Ji Kie gambling case is classified A, where the report is purely the result of an investigation by members in the field.

"Meanwhile, if the case is a public complaint, then the classification is included in the Model B LP", he added.

Central Java Police Chief, Inspector General Ahmad Luthfi, through the Head of the Central Java Regional Police Public Relations, Iqbal, expressed his appreciation for the support of the Boyolali community and the synergy of the local state prosecutor's office in handling this case.
