Commander Andika Perkasa Meets TNI Soldiers In Papua, Leaves Messages To Love And Care For Citizens

PAPUA - The TNI (Army) Commander, General Andika Perkasa, paid a working visit to Papua. On that occasion, Commander Andika advised all soldiers to always carry out their territorial development duties according to predetermined or determined directions.

"Our task is territorial development. We hope that many local people in the area where our colleagues are tasked with caring and loving", said Commander Andika, who was monitored through the YouTube channel, Antara, Jakarta, Wednesday, January 26.

According to him, every personnel can realize or establish closeness with the community with good communication and socializing. The hope is that this good relationship can always be maintained.

During the working visit, the General who graduated from the Military Academy in 1987 visited the Command Headquarters of the Indonesian Navy XI/Merauke Main Base. He also had direct dialogue with unit commanders from the Korem level in the Merauke area.

In his directive, he said that the distribution of ready-to-eat food for personnel on duty at the Task Force post and other ranks must be a concern. He also reviewed the vaccination campaigns in Merauke.
