JCI Predicted To Strengthen Monday, This Row Of Stocks Is Recommended
JAKARTA - The movement of the Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) is expected to continue its strengthening in today's trading, Monday, January 24 after strengthening 0.49 percent last week to 6,726.373.
The stock market capitalization also increased by 1.22 percent to IDR 8,463.010 trillion from IDR 8,360.735 trillion at the close of last week. Meanwhile, the average daily transaction value of the Exchange during the week recorded a change of 0.13 percent to IDR 11,516 trillion from IDR 11,531 trillion at the close of the previous week.
Changes also occurred in the average daily transaction frequency of the Exchange by 4.65 percent to 1,302,330 transactions from 1,365,875 transactions at the close of last week. The average daily transaction volume of the Exchange also experienced a 5.49 percent change to 17.731 billion shares from 18.761 billion shares in the previous week.
CEO of Indosurya Bersinar Sekuritas William Surya Wijaya said the short-term increase in the JCI still looks set to continue. This is also supported by the range of consolidation that has been shifted to a better direction so that the JCI still has a good chance of reaching its all-time high.

William estimates that the JCI has the potential to move in the green zone with a range of 6,606 to 6,743 today. The stocks that can be observed according to Indosurya Sekuritas include PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA), PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk (UNVR), PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk (TLKM), PT Semen Indonesia Tbk (SMGR), and PT AKR CoIDR orindo Tbk. (AKRA).
