Rotation Of 76 Employees, KPK Argues To Meet New And Refreshed Structures
JAKARTA - Deputy Chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Nurul Ghufron said he would rotate dozens of employees.
This is done as a form of fulfilling the need for personnel in the internal structure of the anti-corruption commission which underwent changes after the issuance of Commission Regulation (Perkom) Number 7 of 2020.
"KPK's rotation is once again based on the ASN law and is the authority and authority of the staffing officer, in this case, the Secretary-General of the Corruption Eradication Commission. Is it true (rotation, ed)? Is it true? How many people? 76 people," said Ghufron as quoted from KPK RI YouTube, Wednesday, January 12.
Ghufron said this rotation is a common thing and is part of the ASN management. Not only that, those who are rotated are expected to strengthen the internal structure that is now changing.
"The new structure that does not have sufficient based on the workload analysis is then distributed so that it is balanced because there are new deputies, there is a new directorate whose human resources are lacking. That's the reason or the goal," he said.

Furthermore, he also said this kind of rotation was used as a refresher. Moreover, quite a number of employees have held one position for many years.
"Secondly, on what considerations? On the consideration that his tenure in his current position is more than 10 years," said Ghufron.
"So what, so that there is a refresher. That's not work only on that, which then becomes tedious, boring, resulting in not fresh so it needs (refreshment, ed)," he concluded.
