Bukittinggi Hospital Provides Vaccination At Gadang Clock On New Year's Eve

BUKITTINGGI - The Bukittinggi City General Hospital, West Sumatra provides free mass vaccination services at the Taman Jam Gadang location on New Year's Eve to increase vaccination achievements in the area.

The provision of vaccinations through these outlets has begun to operate and is prepared to make it easier for people who visit Jam Gadang during the year-end holidays.

"The year-end holiday which coincides with the school holiday has made many visitors to Bukittinggi, we will take advantage of this situation by facilitating residents who will administer the vaccine," said Head of Public Relations at the Bukittinggi City Hospital, Nugrahadi, as quoted by Antara, Thursday, December 30.

The type of vaccine provided is Sinovac and accepts all people from any area by showing their Identity Card.

"We from the hospital health workers as vaccinators and assisted by the Bukittinggi Police Police provide the first and second vaccines, all for the convenience of people who deliberately visit the city center," he said.

Nugrahadi invites all residents who have not been vaccinated to take advantage of the free vaccination opportunity while on vacation at Jam Gadang.

"Let's take advantage of this opportunity, take a vacation while doing free vaccines so that we are all protected. Even though Jam Gadang is fenced off, we are sure that tourists will still visit the area," said Nugrahadi.

The Bukittinggi City Government along with other forkopimda elements have determined the Jam Gadang area to be one of the tourist attractions that will be fenced off on New Year's Eve.

Besides Jam Gadang, the Wirabraja Canteen Field and Panorama Park were also closed, which was intended to prevent mass crowds on New Year's Eve.

The city of Bukittinggi as a tourist destination is expected to still be crowded with tourists from outside the area during the holidays.
