How to make WhatsApp contacts not included in chat groups without permission

To secure your WhatsApp contacts, users can open the WhatsApp application on the user's smartphone, and select the "three dots" icon in the upper right corner of your WhatsApp main page.

Next, click "Settings" on the available menu. You can enter the “Account” menu then select the “Privacy” menu and then select the “Groups” icon.

After selecting the menu, users will be given 3 choices regarding who can add you to the WhatsApp chat group, including Everyone, My Contacts, and My Contacts Except.

If you select Everyone, then everyone who uses WhatsApp without exception can add you to certain chat groups. The option will be installed into the default settings of your WhatsApp application.

Next up is My Contacts, which means that only WhatsApp users on your contact list can add you to a group chat.

Another option is My Contacts Except which means you can filter out anyone who can't add you to a group. To prevent being included in a WhatsApp group without permission, you can select My Contact Except so that it is not included by just anyone.

After selecting one of the options provided, the user can return to the main WhatsApp page and the settings will be automatically used by the user's WhatsApp application.

That is the way you can do to make your WhatsApp contacts not be added to chat groups haphazardly, without your knowledge.
