Granada Vs Atletico Madrid 2-1: Los Colchoneros Fails To Move Rayo Vallecano In 4th Place In The Standings
JAKARTA - Atletico Madrid lost 1-2 when they traveled to Granada in the postponed matchday 9 of the Spanish League at Los Carmenes on Wednesday local time.

This result made the Spanish capital team failed to shift Rayo Vallecano in fourth place in the standings. Atletico now sit in fifth place with 29 points, while Granada have moved up to 12th with 22 points from 18 matches.
Atletico immediately opened the scoring when the game had only been running for two minutes. Joao Felix received the ball in the middle of the pitch, he then passed several players before curling a curling shot into the bottom left corner of Luis Maximiano's Granada goal. The score became 1-0.
Granada then equalized in the 17th minute through a Darwin Machis goal. The winger picked up the ball down the sidelines and stabbed into the middle before curling a shot outside the box that Atletico goalkeeper Jan Oblak couldn't stop. Both teams drew 1-1.
