President Jokowi Accompanied By Iriana Has Landed In Lampung To Open The 34th NU Congress
JAKARTA - Accompanied by Iriana, Indonesian President Joko Widodo arrived at Radin Inten II International Airport, South Lampung Regency, Wednesday. The presidential plane carrying the two landed in Lampung at around 07.45 WIB.
Referring to the statement from the Press Bureau of the Presidential Secretariat, Wednesday, December 22, the President and First Lady were welcomed by the Governor of Lampung H. Arinal Djunaidi, the Military Commander II/Sriwijaya Major General Agus Suhardi, and the Lampung Regional Police Chief Inspector General Hendro Sugiatno, each and their wives.
The President's presence in Lampung to inaugurate the opening of the 34th Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) Conference which was held at the Darussaadah Islamic Boarding School Field, Gunung Sugih District, Central Lampung Regency.
From the observation of photos distributed by the Press Bureau of the Presidential Secretariat, the Head of State is seen wearing a white shirt combined with a gray suit with green sarongs, wearing black sandals, and wearing a skullcap.
Meanwhile, the First Lady was seen wearing a dark overalls with a bluish motif and a purple headscarf or headscarf.
After inaugurating the Opening of the NU Congress, the President will immediately return to Jakarta via Radin Inten II International Airport, South Lampung Regency, using the Indonesia-1 Presidential Aircraft.
Jokowi and Iriana were accompanied by Minister of State Secretary Pratikno, Presidential Military Secretary Marsda TNI M. Tonny Harjono, Commander of Paspampres Major General TNI Tri Budi Utomo, and Deputy for Protocol, Press, and Media of the Presidential Secretariat Bey Machmudin.
