The National Police Transfers Commissioner General Firli Bahuri, Has No Effect On His Position As KPK Chair
JAKARTA - The National Police stated that the mutation of Commissioner-General Firli Bahuri did not affect his position at the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). This is because the mutation applies to Firli's status as General of the Bhayangkara Corps.
"He is retired from the National Police, but remains the chairman of the KPK", said Head of the Public Relations Division of the Police, Brigadier General Rusdi Hartono, to VOI on Saturday, December 18.
So, with the telegram (ST) number ST/2568/XII/KEP./2021 dated 17 December 2021, Commissioner General Firli still serves as the chairman of the KPK.
