The Head Of The Tambora Regional Organization For West Jakarta Removes The Flag And Attributes To Avoid Clashes

JAKARTA - After clashes between community organizations (Ormas) in West Jakarta, the Tambora Police appealed to the heads of mass organizations in the Tambora area to control the attributes and flags of mass organizations in order to avoid friction and disturbances to the security and social order.

With this appeal, the attributes of mass organizations in 10 regional points in Tambora were controlled. In addition, a number of post for mass organizations have also been converted into Environmental Security System (siskamling) posts or integrated three-pillar posts. Including a number of Ormas Command Posts built on public facilities (fasum) and social facilities (fasos).

Tambora Police Chief Commissioner Moh. Faruk Rozi said the transfer of the function of the Ormas Command Post was started by changing the color of the paint at the Command Post of each of the Ormas.

"The painting of the post or substation with red and white paint. Later it will be used as a place for the common good," said the Sector Police Chief when confirmed by VOI, Wednesday, December 8.

Meanwhile, the lowering of flags and attributes was carried out by each of these organizations. This is to prevent friction between mass organizations and enforce regulations regarding the existence of buildings that stand on public facilities or social facilities.
