My TV LUX Transparent Edition, SmartTV For Sultan

JAKARTA - Xiaomi introduced their latest smart television, the Mi TV LUX OLED Transparent Edition. As the name implies, this smartTV has a transparent or see-through screen.

Launching The Verge, the presence of Mi TV LUX OLED Transparent Edition is part of the 10th anniversary of the Xiaomi company. This SmartTV can be sold at a price of 7,000 US dollars or around Rp. 104 million.

With that much money, consumers will get a see-through screen TV specification measuring 55 inches with a thickness of only 5.7 mm. This screen panel has a 150,000: 1 contrast ratio with 10-bit color, and 93 percent coverage of the DCI-P3.

The panel also has a refresh rate of up to 120Hz and also offers 120Hz MEMC motion interpolation. Xiaomi also claims this smartTV has a high pixel response time of up to 1ms.

This Mi TV LUX OLED Transparent Edition runway uses a MediaTek 9650 chiset which is supported by more than 20 optimization algorithms, such as the AI Master Smart Engine. This smartTV module is stored at the bottom, which can only be attached by a stand and cannot be mounted on the wall using a bracket.

This SmartTV is already running on the Android operating system with the MIUI interface. This television also adopts an audio system from Dolby Atmos to present a more elegant and magnificent sound.

In fact, this is not a new device presented by Xiaomi. Previously, transparent screens were widely used as digital signage in shops and not as home commercial products.

Last year, LG also showed off a similar product using a transparent panel. But for this year, Xiaomi has adopted transparent screen panel technology for smartTV products.
