This Company Owned By Conglomerate Hary Tanoesoedibjo Earns Revenue Of Rp12.40 Trillion And Profit Of Rp1.76 Trillion In The Third Quarter Of 2021
JAKARTA - The company belonging to the conglomerate Hary Tanoesoedibjo, PT MNC Investama Tbk (BHIT) achieved a significant increase in performance in the first nine months of this year. MNC Investama's revenue and profit were able to grow in the third quarter of 2021.
In MNC Investama's financial report, quoted on Monday 6 December, BHIT's revenue was Rp12.40 trillion in the January-September 2021 period. This value increased by 14.60 percent from the same period the previous year of Rp10.82 trillion.
MNC Investama, earned revenue from the media business of Rp9.90 trillion. Meanwhile, income from the financial institution segment amounted to Rp1.86 trillion, and other income reached Rp632.43 billion.
Along with that, BHIT's direct expenses were also 15.64 percent larger to Rp6.58 trillion until September 2021. In the same period last year, BHIT's direct expenses reached Rp5.69 trillion.

At the same time, MNC Investama had to bear general and administrative expenses of Rp2.57 trillion, an increase from the third quarter of last year which was Rp2.49 trillion. Then the financial burden was recorded at Rp852.72 billion, down 11.92 percent from the same period last year of Rp968.14 billion.
After deducting other expenses and net tax expense, MNC Investama earned a net profit for the period of Rp1.76 trillion or grew 114.23 percent from the same period last year of Rp822.45 billion.
