The Hospital Denies Haji Lulung Is In Comma, Medication Given To Calm Down

JAKARTA - Harapan Kita Hospital denied the news that Haji Lulung was in a coma after suffering a heart attack.

"Not made into a coma," said the Head of Medical Services at Harapan Kita Hospital, Isman Firdaus when confirmed, Saturday, December 4.

Lulung's state of consciousness has decreased due to medication. Where, the drug is intended so that Lulung can rest and the recovery process goes well.

"But he was given drugs to put him to sleep, sedatives, not coma drugs but tranquilizers to make him more comfortable," said Isman.

On the other hand, Isman confirmed that Lulung's condition was quite bad when he first came to the hospital. But currently, intensive care is being carried out to restore Lulung's condition.

"His condition did come with complaints of discomfort, tightness in the chest, because it was a heart attack, and then we still took care of it and it got worse. That's all," said Isman.

Senior politician Abraham Lunggana alias Haji Lulung is lying in Harapan Kita Hospital. He is said to have had repeated heart attacks.

Lulung has been undergoing treatment for 10 days. Currently, Lulung is still in the ICU and under intensive monitoring by a team of doctors.
