Erick Thohir Aspires To Create A Culinary Center Abroad: Any Food Suggestions To Become A Mainstay?
JAKARTA - SOE Minister Erick Thohir aspires to create a center (hub) to introduce Indonesian cuisine abroad.
"One of my goals is to create a hub to introduce Indonesian cuisine abroad, so that Indonesian flavors are known to the world," said Erick Thohir as quoted from his official Twitter account @erickthohir reported by Antara, Monday, November 29.
According to Erick, Indonesian cuisine is so rich in taste that it has even been recognized overseas. He also invites the public and netizens to suggest what culinary will be a mainstay.
"Any suggestions what food will be a mainstay?" he said.
Previously, Erick invited creative actors to jointly create a roadmap or roadmap for the post-COVID-19 creative industry.
Erick said the Indonesia Creative Cities Network (ICCN) together with SOEs would recruit consultants related to which industries would still survive in the post-COVID future.
