Members Of The Ghost Rickshaw Flock In Medan Arrested
MEDAN -North Sumatra Police Mobile Crime Investigation Team arrested one of the ghost rickshaws that was troubling the city of Medan.
The Head of Public Relations of the North Sumatra Police, Kombes Hadi Wahyudi, said that one of the members of the ghost rickshaw gang that was arrested was named Ronal Sinaga (31). The perpetrator is a resident of Elang II Street, Perumnas Mandala, Medan Denai District, Medan City.
"The perpetrator was arrested by personnel from the Mobile Crime Investigation Team of the North Sumatra Police while at his home", said Kombes Hadi, Monday, November 22.
Kombes Hadi said that the ghost rickshaw gang was the perpetrator of the crime by driving a motorized tricycle to steal the house or shop where the occupants lived.
"The method is to look for used goods (both) by driving a motorized tricycle when they see a house or shop in their condition, the perpetrators immediately look for it", he said.

From the hands of members of the ghost rickshaw herd, evidence was also seized in the form of a rickshaw used to commit theft and a Yamaha Mio motorbike which was allegedly the result of a crime.
"The perpetrator Ronal Sinaga has been detained at the Sub-Directorate of Crime III of the North Sumatra Police for questioning and development to arrest other perpetrators", he concluded.
