Thus, continued the regent, with the combination of elements of culture and civilization, Janggalan Village was nicknamed the Jerusalem of Java (Jerusalem Van Java).

"There are various forms of artifacts from an ancient relic that are in accordance with the blend of cultural elements, including the ancient joglo house with a touch of its distinctive carvings, the tomb of Mbah Djenggolo, the mosque, and so on which are still in the original shape of the artifacts according to their civilization," said the regent quoted from the Central Java Provincial Government Public Relations. , Thursday 11 November.

On that occasion, a Decree (SK) was also handed over to four villages that were designated as pilot-class tourism villages in Kudus Regency, namely Janggalan, Kauman, Karangampel, and Kedungdowo villages.
