Wanting To Go To The Capital Market, Cimory Milk Producer Has The Opportunity To Get IDR 3.7 Trillion Of Fresh Funds Through IPO

JAKARTA - Dairy processing company PT Cisarua Mountain Dairy is said to be preparing to issue 1.19 billion initial shares, equivalent to 15 percent of the company's issued capital.

Of this amount, the business entity will sell its initial shares between IDR 2.780 to IDR 3.160 for each share.

"The estimated total value of this public offering is IDR 3.30 trillion to IDR 3.76 trillion," reads a summary of the Cimory prospectus, quoted Wednesday, November 10.

In addition to releasing to the stock exchange floor, the business entity from West Java will allocate 700.000 shares or 0.06 percent of the total shares for employees.

"The ESA (Employee Stock Allocation) program is provided free of charge by the company to permanent employees who meet the criteria," said Cimory's management.

In addition, the management and employees (Management and Employee Stock Option Plan/MESOP) were also granted a share purchase option of a maximum of 10 percent or 674.4 million shares.

Thus, from all the shares offered, the implementation of the ESA and MESOP programs in this initial public offering, the composition of share ownership will be found as follows.

"All funds obtained from this initial public offering, after deducting all share issuance costs, will be allocated for capital expenditures and capital injections in subsidiaries," concluded Cimory.
