The assets belonging to the Bintan Regency Government should be returned by civil servants when they retire. Retired civil servants do not have the right to 'control' the official vehicle.
"Service vehicles are government assets that must be returned to the government. These can be used for government activities", said Wayan Riana, who is also a former KPK (Corruption Eradication Commission) investigator.
