The Company Where Wulan Guritno Became A Commissioner Is Already 'Divorced' From The Syah Establishment, But Is Still On Good Terms

JAKARTA - The company where celebrity Wulan Guritno became a Commissioner, PT Lima Dua Lima Tiga Tbk (LUCY) confirmed that it was no longer under the Syah Establishment Group. However, LUCY admits that they are still on good terms with the company that owns the hotel business, housing complex, and lifestyle place.

Corporate Secretary Ratna Rari Ismianti in information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website, quoted Monday, November 8, stated that the company that owns and manages the Lucy in The Sky cafe has decided to stand alone from its parent company.

"The company is currently no longer under the umbrella of the Syah Establishment Group since January 2020," said Ratna.

So far, continued Ratna, many media have written that PT Lima Dua Lima Tiga Tbk is part of the Shah Establishment group. However, she said, this was only valid until the beginning of 2020.

Ratna said, although currently, LUCY is no longer under the Syah Establishment group, it confirms that the company is still in good relations with its parent management.

"All operations are also ongoing, as well as the plan to develop other LUCY outlets which are carried out in accordance with the company's targets," concluded Ratna.
