When Prabowo Subianto Talks About The Requirements To Be A Leader

JAKARTA - Being a leader is not easy, the country needs good and reliable leaders. In addition, National Armed Force (TNI) soldiers must always be close to the people and love the country because TNI was born from the struggle of the people.

This was conveyed by the Minister of Defense (Menhan) Prabowo Subianto while giving a briefing lecture to the Student Officers (Pasis) of the LXI Regular Education School for Army Staff and Commanders (Seskoad) at the Gatot Subroto Seskoad Building, Bandung, West Java, Wednesday, November 3.

The event is held online and offline by implementing strict health protocols.

"Under these conditions, as potential leaders, you must continue to learn and improve the capabilities and professionalism of each in their respective fields," said the Minister of Defense in his speech as quoted from the official website of the Ministry of Defense.

Defense Minister Prabowo continued that in addition to the TNI's defense and security systems, Indonesia's defense and security system that implements the Universal People's Defense and Security System which is the legacy of the nation's founders is also a strength for Indonesia's defense.

He also appealed to the Pasis to always enrich their knowledge of the defense and the strategic environment because the dimensions of war are now increasingly diverse.

"We have to know what the opponent is capable of. What they can do. What he is capable of. And we must not be weak," said Defense Minister Prabowo.
