Tangerang Tangerang City Metro Police Chief, Kombes Zain Dwi Nugroho said the perpetrator was arrested by the Jatarans Sub-Directorate Team of the Metro Jaya Police in the Tasikmalaya area, West Java, Tuesday, April 29, earlier.
