Netflix Launches Special Game Control Application For IPhone Users

JAKARTA - Netflix Game Controller officially launched, designed so users can play games available on Netflix on their TV devices.

With this iOS device-specific controller application, users can use a phone or tablet as a gamepad after pairing the device with the TV.

They can play games available via the Netflix service on TV, while controlling various things from the user's iPhone.

On Netflix Game Controller, display the directional button on the left side of the screen iPhone, along with the action button A, X, Y, and B on the right side of the screen.

Games on Netflix are currently limited to iPhones and iPads, without the option to play them on Apple TV or other TV platforms.

The streaming service stated that the games available for TV will be coming soon.

Some of the games that have been present on Netflix include Tomb Raider, Stranger Things, Bloons TD 6, World of Goo, Exploding Kittens, Heads Up, and Cut the Rope.

Unfortunately, Netflix did not provide further information on what games the app supports and whether the company plans to launch it for Android devices either. This was quoted from MacRumors and Engadget, Wednesday, August 9.
