JAKARTA - Bali United managed to beat Persebaya Surabaya in the 16th week of Liga 1 Indonesia at the I Wayan Dipta Stadium, Friday, October 20, evening WIB. Meanwhile, PSIS Semarang silenced Persikabo 1973.

In the match in Gianyar, the hosts were only able to lead at the end of the first half. Their advantage was thanks to the first goal from Jean Privat Befolo Mbarga in the 41st minute.

Bajul Ijo then identified the score just three minutes after the second half whistle began. Dusan Stevanovic netted the visitors' goal.

The hosts then took the lead again seven minutes later through Private's second goal before Jefferson took a penalty in the 77th minute to help Bali win 3-1.

This is Bali United's eighth win of the season. These results make them now sit fifth in the standings with a collection of 27 points.
