President Prabowo Leads Christmas And New Year's Preparation Meeting

JAKARTA - President Prabowo Subianto chaired a limited meeting (ratas) to discuss welcoming the 2024/2025 Christmas and New Year celebrations (Nataru).

In his directive, President Prabowo emphasized the importance of creating a safe and comfortable atmosphere so that people can celebrate the moment with great kindness and joy.

"I want to get the latest reports from the security sector as well as the transportation sector, then reports on fuel supply, food availability, and other basic commodities, as well as labor, and the tourism sector," said President Prabowo when opening the meeting reported by ANTARA, Monday, December 15.

This Christmas-New Year preparation has been discussed in several meetings and the Head of State believes that all relevant ministers have coordinated well and correctly.

In the meeting, the President emphasized that these aspects must be managed properly to ensure the smooth running and comfort of the community in carrying out these important days.

Present at the meeting which was held at around 15.30 WIB, including Vice President (Wapres) Gibran Rakabuming Raka, Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs Budi Gunawan, Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure and Regional Development Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono, Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture Pratikno.
