Meeting Volunteers In Yogyakarta, Mahfud MD Invites Supporters To Choose Right Leaders

JAKARTA Mahfud MD visited volunteers and their supporters in Yogyakarta on Sunday afternoon, October 29, 2023. In the event held in Bantul, Mahfud invited the public to choose the correct leader in the 2024 General Election.

The meeting event in Yogyakarta, which was initiated by the Ganjar-Mahfud Winning Movement for the Republic of Indonesia (Gamari), was attended by 38 volunteer groups Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud MD. At least nearly 800 people were present at the location.

After this event, go to your neighbor's house to choose the right leader. Don't want to be intimidated by anyone because this country is a democratic country," Mahfud MD advised.

In front of the volunteers, Mahfud also invited the public to choose a leader who has an orientation to maintain national unity and integrity and strive to improve the welfare of the people. In addition, he promised to take a firm stance on the corrupt practices that occur in Indonesia.

"We must take a firm stance on criminal acts of corruption, we must be firm in law enforcement, all of which will be served for the prosperity of the people," said Mahfud again.

Mahfud, who is also the Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs, also asked volunteers to move effectively to win the presidential election which will be held on February 14, 2024. One of them intensively moves down to the community and socializes the corruption eradication program which is the main agenda designed by the Ganjar-Mahfud pair.

Mahfud also stated that he and the presidential candidate pair Ganjar Pranowo in the 2024 election were the truth coalition.

"Today's meeting is a coalition of truth, not about Ganjar, it's not about Mahfud, the important thing is the truth to build Indonesia's future," said Mahfud MD again.
