Joint Team Secures Vice President's Kunker To Central Kalimantan

PALANGKA RAYA - A joint team consisting of Korem 102 Panju Tanjung and the Central Kalimantan Police held an assembly to hold a security operation force for the working visit (kunker) of Vice President Ma'ruf Amin in the Central Kalimantan (Kalteng) region.

Pangdam XII/Tanjungpura Maj. Gen. Iwan Setiawan said the apple was aimed at knowing and convincing the extent of the readiness of the PAM VVIP Task Force as a whole, both personnel and material as well as other supporting facilities.

"I have also ordered each appointed Dansatgas to organize its strength properly, convey tasks clearly and in detail to members and be able to control the situation and conditions in its implementation of the vice president's office later," said Iwan as quoted by ANTARA, Monday, October 23.

The Pangdam emphasized that the personnel involved should understand the targets to be visited and passed and all activities must be safe and there really are no obstacles.

This is done, of course, so that the process of securing the vice president's account to Central Kalimantan is really safe and successful. Therefore, all routes that will later be passed and attending activities are truly safe and sterile according to the directions that have been implemented.

"Hopefully everything that has been mapped is completely safe and the activities are going well until the vice president returns to Jakarta," he explained.
