Chosen By Prabowo To Be A Vice Presidential Candidate, Gibran Has A Wealth Of IDR 26 Billion But Debts IDR 551 Million

JAKARTA - Prospective president (candidate) of the Forward Indonesia Coalition (KIM) who is also the General Chair of the Gerindra Party Prabowo Subianto announced Solo Mayor Gibran Rakabuming Raka as a vice presidential candidate (cawapres) who will accompany him in the 2024 Presidential Election (Pilpres).

Then how much wealth does Gibran have?

Based on the state administrator's wealth report (LHKPN) uploaded on the website of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), the son of President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) has assets of Rp. 26,584,260,374.

However, he has a debt of Rp551,586,004 so that the total wealth is reduced to Rp26,032,674,370.

In the report, Gibran recorded the wealth of 7 land and building assets worth Rp. 17,339,000,000 located in Surakarta City, Central Java. His ownership status is also called his own result.

Then, Gibran reported having seven vehicles in his LHKPN. The details are 1 Honda Scoopy motorbike in 2015; 1 1974 Honda CB-125 motorbike; and 1 Royal Enfield motorbike in 2017.

There was also 1 Toyota Avanza car in 2016; 1 Toyota Avanza car in 2012; 1 Isuzu Panther car in 2012; and 1 Daihatsu Gran Max car in 2015. All assets in the form of this vehicle are worth IDR 332 million.

Gibran is also recorded as having other movable assets worth IDR 260 million; cash and cash equivalents amounting to IDR 3,101,260,374; and other assets worth IDR 5,552,000,000. But he was recorded as having no securities.

As previously reported, Gibran was finally officially chosen to be Prabowo's companion in the presidential election. The plan is for the pair to register with the General Elections Commission (KPU) on Wednesday morning, October 25.
