"We have not dared to conclude the cause of yesterday's incident. Moreover, the condition of the train is also roadworthy, and all procedures have been carried out," he said.

However, Didiek Hartantyo said that KAI continues to explore the cause of Argo Semeru's train, the Surabaya Gubeng-Gambir relationship.

"We continue to explore this incident and monitor train activities after the incident," he said.

Regarding the condition of the passengers, Didiek said there were 32 people from the Argo Semeru train who had to get treatment. A total of 28 passengers were in shock, but could be sent home immediately.

While four other people were rushed to the hospital, three of them have been sent home. However, one person is still undergoing hospitalization until now.

"Because the person concerned suffered an injury to his head due to a collision," said Didiek.

Director of Railway Safety of the Directorate General of Railways (DJKA) Erni Basri said that until now the investigation is still ongoing.
