"The perpetrator was upset because the victim refused the perpetrator's invitation to marry because his son had not approved their relationship," he said.

For his actions, HS will be charged with Article 340 of the HUP regarding premeditated murder, and Article 363 of the Criminal Code concerning theft with the threat of life imprisonment.
